😠 Just had a bad experience with a lady doctor just now. Her questions are all accusatory instead of empathy. Example, she asked how much water I drink. I answered 4 bottles 1.5L normally, but her tone accuses me as though I'm lying. Definitely bad experience, used to be great under a young Dr Ravi.

🫤 The staffs are friendly but one of the doctors is not that friendly. A bit rude and lack explanation. When we ask, she will just say yes/no or a short answer. In a service oriented business, especially in healthcare, it doesn't hurt to be a little bit caring and polite to your patients.
