🫤 Toilet very bad , the room not convenient for my parents , small and the aircond a bit noisy , staff cant speak malay , its hard to communicate, then I just check out after one hour i check in

😐 On my recent visit.. TV doesn't work.. air-conditioning not cool enough with temperature set-up.. dirty toilet with leak pipe..lamp not fully functional, rubbish at corridor not thrown..but the internet service are superb..
