Worst rated Medical clinics in Kluang, Malaysia

😠 Promised to give PCR result within 24 hours but it took more than that. It was costly you see since I paid 500+ bucks for 2, would have expected a better service! So slow orang boleh mati dulu before result keluar

😠 Had a shock of my life. My son had fever and I went to this clinic...and I've never met such arrogant and stuck up doctor...if u feel tht u are so great and do not wish to give ur best service...just stay at home...u are a total disgrace to those great doctors out there.

😠 Too expansive for a student, giving us some self-made toner and cream with antibiotics but still advise us to buy a vitamin which is provide by the doctor which cause another more RM100++, total of cost RM 700+, when we got the price of all the 4 bottles of skin care products the price made us shock...

😠 Pengalaman saya dekat klinik ni sangat disappointed . Staff2 nye memekak bising dekat dalam klinik tuh perangai macam apa. Kita ni tengah penat sakit so hormat la sikit kat pesakit2 tuh. Improve la customer service tu yee. Kesian la sikit kat patient2 yang tengah mengalami kesakitan melawan dugaan....

Now, the main problem is the unethical rude attitude of the receptionist who is working in this clinic. 1. No respect for others. 2. No work ethics. 3.Rude, Arrogant , lazy and had a negative attitude...
