😠 Went on 23/07/2023 but it was closed to the public for private event. Didn't even update on the website or facebook in the end customers who visited will be wasting their time instead. Should provide more updates in the future to prevent dissapointing customers.

😠 There’s one female staff is very rude in a sense of him ignoring the customers. We had to wait for a long while just to pay for our game. I’ll be honest, the environment and hygiene is pretty great but the customer service is very bad.

😠 They should have placed some kind of notice to let people know that they don’t welcome non league player at night. Really not friendly. We came from far just to be disappointed. No elevators provided. You are expected to drag your bowling bag along the escalator. Really not safe.

👍 Nice experience playing bowling at Genting, environment and little old compared to other attractions. Weekday is RM12 per game and RM14 per games for weekend, shoes rental RM4 and socks is RM4. So far so good, consider cheap compare other attractions in Genting.

😠 Need to close the place already. Uneven floor lanes, its like there is bumper when the ball is rolling through the lane. Besides that, all size 9 balls are defect, got crack and hole. Dont waste your money here please. I'm playing on lane 5 and 6 btw.
