😠 The worst service here, waiting line is too long. Took about 3 hours just for queuing only. The line start outside, when your turn inside, apparently there’s no one at the counter. No wonder have to wait so long. Please improve your system, it’s not efficient at all, kesian pak cik2/mak cik2 outside...

🫤 Worst ‘international’ bank ever. 8 customers outnumbered by the many Staff sitting almost idly in their stations. Took more than an hour of waiting just to do a simple transaction. HORRIBLE! I’d give it a Negative-5 points!!
