Worst rated Government offices in Malaysia

😠 CKAPs with extension 1271. I have been trying to call them for the past 2 weeks. If you call them at 8.30am, the line has the ringing tone however nobody will pick up. 😠 Another typical slow and inefficient government department of our country! I will give zero star if there is such an option for this review. Nobody answer the call. Many incompetent staff makan gaji buta! How can Malaysia becomes maju jaya with such people in our government department?

😠 customer service very rude, unprofessional, lacking skill, disrespectful. my suggestion if u have something to do here please take picture all your documents and importantly the person in charge photo. i wonder how they keep track their client.

😠 Our government can do something? We all are very pity. We want to do the proper way, to assist you, provide you the info, sometimes need to get advice from officer, but is very hard. Called whole day, few days no body pickup the calls. What kind of service is this? ? Disappointed !!!

😠 I can't even give 1 star. They are super rude. I can clearly hear a woman said 'Aku malas nak layan' 'Aku lempang karang'. Wow, just wow. So rude. And I called to ask about whether you guys have received my documents. I can't recall names, but you should be immediately terminated.

😠 Must visit place if you are in the mood for getting disappointed. A run down place with old pamphlets and posters and 3 pitiful turtles. Someone if you can breakin and release the turtles into sea if you can. Thx

👍👍 Very clean, comfortable waiting area and most importantly friendly and smiley working staff. Wonderful to deal with. Ample waiting space and though the process to get things done is expected time consuming, at least the wait is made in comfort. Parking is also ample but its a little bit far for thos...
