😠 bad nurse experience !!! Call to ask whether the X-ray is upstairs or downstairs,bcoz our parents is 96year old, she can't go upstairs...the nurse answer "tingkat bawah lah!! Kenapa tanya tingkat atas pulak???!!!" WOW SO FANTASTIC....Glad!!!

😠 Doctor locum is very irresponsible. Rude and do not care about patient. Already requested for mc but didn't give. Go back home before patient leave, what if suddenly anything happen to the patient? I understand that your working hour is finish, but please remember you are a doctor.

😠 Promised to give PCR result within 24 hours but it took more than that. It was costly you see since I paid 500+ bucks for 2, would have expected a better service! So slow orang boleh mati dulu before result keluar

👍👍 Dr Rosnani was very friendly. She was being our family medical doctor since my first child. Now my child is 8. Dr. Rosnani also give consultation through phone when I not able to go to her clinic or during odd hour. Best doctor ever.
