😐 Cleanliness is about OK! Had a room at 2nd storey with a window facing the backlane and the Malay Mee goreng shop. Quite noisy late at night but acceptable. Mee Racun serves quite a good plate of Mee goreng with either chicken or lamb shank. If need to go for other local food, walked 10 mins across...

🫤 If you need to stay downtown Batu Pahat, and don't plan to spend time in the room except to sleep, then they have clean beds and a bathroom. It's located in a fairly quiet street which is an advantage
