🫤 Went on a holiday, have to drive all the way up to level 9 parking (I din't know parking can be up so high! ). And there's a total of 4 lift, 2 for resident only, 2 for visitor only, the lift is always full, have to wait for few rounds just to get into the lift.

😐 After passing the palm oil and rubber plantation, you arrive at MBI Desa Ku Garden. Some of it are deteriorating however a lot of places still maintenance good.

👍 Overall the place is ok. But there's an unpleasant pungent smell comes from time to time.

😠 So bad, the security very slow. The grab just want to drop - off and pick up but need time to register, scan my sejahtera, ask what block... I think it is privacy... some time go to work late because grab need to settle with guard.... so bad

👍👍 This is really nice place. They got lots of facilities like fitness and swimming pool. Even the security guard they are really nice. Been there once for three day study at SEAMEO RECSAM want to go back there again.

👍👍 A well developed and designed condominium/apartment with good facilities and good and strict but friendly securities. Well managed by the management committee and glad that Homestay is not allowed here. Thumbs up for that.

👍 To be honest, it is not really amazing. The toilet is in a bad shape, sometimes water will cut off in the noon and you can find Charlie insects in your rooms, hallways and also the toilet. The WiFi is not bad though, but if you use an Ethernet cable, you'll get fast Internet speed, about 94Mbps down...
