😠 Some people just leave their trash beside the door that leads to the refuse room. Disgusting . Air-condition at the corridor will be switched off for good on all floors and this makes the corridor area very stuffy and hot as there are no windows therefore no ventilation .

😠 This building is super dirty and filthy. The toilets in the common area are badly maintained and not cleaned regularly. Car park machine sometimes doesn’t function properly. The open space and corridor is infested with cockroaches (see pics). I cannot comprehend this at all.
