🫤 Very bad experience. I went for full face. Before the staff wax I told her not to use thread on my face bcs my skin is so sensitive. She didn't listen to me and thread my whole face. She's even rude to me. I'm crying in pain and she didn't even bother me at all. Very bad customer service
