👍👍 Staff are very friendly, responsive and approachable. The hotel is clean. They attend to our request efficiently. We enjoy the stay with the daily update (both video and voice). We feel our pets are in good hand with them. They will be our next choice for pet hotel.

👍👍 This is my first time to SA Fish World and the shop is truly amazed me with plenty of fish collections. Not to mention the super friendly staff there and yes Mr James too. Looks like a favourite spot for fish lovers to visit and I don't mind travelling over 30 km to just visit this place.
