👍👍 Staff are very friendly, responsive and approachable. The hotel is clean. They attend to our request efficiently. We enjoy the stay with the daily update (both video and voice). We feel our pets are in good hand with them. They will be our next choice for pet hotel.

😐 It would be helpful if they do not run out of important things like, Flea spray. But they seemed to have a big section of pet foods, shampoo, food bowl and potty bowl. Can do better.

🫤 The seller (girl) was very arrogant, not even serve me well but the other seller (guy) was good, just good. Not friendly at all unlike the other seller. The price is quite cheaper but some item still has the same price as other shop. I dont see it can be "borong" for my pet.
