😠 We had booked a daytrip to Teotihuacan, received a voucher which clearly said that we'd be picked up in our hotel ....but they never showed up. After long phone calls and discussions with their call center, I gave up. Not reliable and not pleasant to communicate with.

👍👍 Going to isla mujeres and didn't make the last ferry over, this is where you want to spend night. Book ahead of time as only few rooms.

🫤 The hotel is ok, not great. Our room had no windows and it stank of mold, we had to change rooms. It botheres me that they ask you to keep using your towels for 4 days " for the benefit of the environment and the animals" when it's obvious they just want to save money n don't care for nature too muc...

👍👍 Great, clean and really not pricey at all for the place. The rooms are really spacious, the kitchen is super clean and the host really really smiley and helpful. If you go to Cancun I think it’s the best place And you have hot water !!
