👍 A charming café with a distinct style. When we got there, all the indoor seats were taken, but the outdoor seating was comfortable enough since it wasn't blackout time and no generator noise.
The matcha drink was enjoyable.

👍 There are a variety of traditional food for breakfast and most of them are delicious. The price is fair and the teashop is hygienic. The staff are attentive polite and tidy. There are guards outside who will watch your cars and help you look at the cars when you leave.

😐 The coffee is good enough. Dim sum is below average. The place is too crowded in relative to its capacity/space. The a/c is not cool enough too. I won't go for another time for sure, the parking space is very limited too. The price is reasonable though.
