ππ I would say that the place is very good. You could just walk to Junction, which is a big shopping centre. It is about 2 minutes walk. The shopping centre also have many restaurants, Bread Talk and Ocean supermarket.
The rooms are also very good, except that it is a little old.

π I lived for about 1 year at this place. There are many hostels for the athletes. Gyms and Tennis rooms are present. I love morning and night scenes of this place, it's cool, many birds I found in this area. There are two gates to enter, there are securities too.

π Waiting time is pretty less than Lotteria in Yangon and less crowded. But the menu has many options to choose from and the taste is typical LOTTERIA quality. I think A/C is not working functionally, and it's a little bit hot. By the way thumbs up for a great tasting burger.
