😠 Undoubtedly the worst appliance store in Pukekohe. Don't waste your time or money with this outfit. Poor customer service is a compliment for these folks. All service agents are either behind a counter or desk, browsing through their phones ignoring customer's. I'd recommend Harvey Norman.

😠 Shop floor staff were not very attentive. I entered the store, found what I was looking for, searched and found in two different spots the accessories I wanted then stood for another minute or two before I was able to spot a staff member and indicate I needed their help.
