😠 My rating is based on my interaction with the receptionist through one phone call. The receptionist was not warm or welcoming. Her attitude was disrespectful and made me, the patient, feel like there was something wrong with me, using phrases like “so I still don’t know what you’re asking”.

😠 Friendly reception and great practice nurse however no available appointments over the next 3 1/4 working days isn't great. Have also felt doctor has wanted me out of there asap previously and didn't feel the level of attention was great compared to other doctors I've seen at diffrent practises.
