😠 Very disappointing, nice design but quality of employees and services below acceptable. They have invested well in design and they have great locations by key gas stations but they have failed miserably on selecting well qualified and trained staff. Also quality of coffee and sweets served not good...

After departing for a couple of years from Oman, Costa Coffee is back & better than before. Like that they hired local Baristas!
