The Brown Derby - Quezon City

👍 First time to try their pancit bihon and it wasn't good at all. Noodles are dry, still a bit hard and the veggies and meat are not enticing to the eyes moreso the taste. This bihon needs a lot of improvement!
But i would highly recommend their pancit palabok (thin noodles) and lumpiang shanghai...
