😐 This branch used to be so vibrant, clean, bright, and active. I loved going here.
Now it is just dark, dusty, and cluttered. It is sad.
There's no one to ask for assistance anymore. The cashiers are usually snubbish and it takes a very long time before products are restocked.
Very disappointing.

😐 They have recently renovated their store. It looks nicer and more contemporary. But it also looks and feels more like a department store and a schools supplies store rather than a "BOOK" store.
It is a bit more difficult to look for books--the organizing principle is not easy to discern.
