πŸ‘πŸ‘ This is my go-to hot spring whenever I go home. Been here for countless of times in the last 10 years. They improved definitely. I like it here because pf the temperature that's right for me. There's times it feels so hot probably due to the weather or cool temperature when out of the pool but defin...

Mag-aso Volcanic Steam Spring
Tourist attraction
πŸ‘πŸ‘ Great place to see thermal steaming from the ground! Large area with sulfur vapors and bubbling water. Steam venting from pipes also to try to reduce erosion. The ground is very hot but you can touch most places. Caution around the rivers edge as there has been several landslides from this hillside...

Tierra Alta Lighthouse image

Tierra Alta Lighthouse
Tourist attraction
🫀 Quite frankly, besides scaling the lighthouse that placed Tiera Alta on the map, there is really not much to do here. The entrance fee feels like a huge cash grab especially when they are operating a cafe/restaurant inside and the ticket is non-consumable. They have a bonfire, swimming pool, a glas...

Puncak Tanawan
Tourist attraction
πŸ‘πŸ‘ It's a 60-minute hike for the fast ones, and a 90-120-minute hike for the slow ones. Best time to go up is at 4:00 AM, you'd reach the peak at 6:00 AM tops, enough for you to enjoy the sunrise before going down after an hour. Breakfast is served by the family living on top of this peak. Tents are al...

Sulfur Vents
Tourist attraction
πŸ‘πŸ‘ There’s really nothing much to see except for the vents which were amazing. It’s just beside the main road so you really need to be careful when taking pictures. Not the best time to go at noon, I would say, especially during hot weather, as it can get really warm. But we enjoyed the trip going ther...

😠 I do wish they'd abandon the use of loudspeakers to propagandize the neighborhood. The noise is shockingly loud. Do not rent or buy an apartment anywhere near here unless you've viewed it at 6 or 8pm, and probably 6am as well, especially on a Sunday. Awfully loud.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Small town but one of the cleanest in the province. The park is cute over Christmas season.
