Worst rated Indoor lodgings in Lisbon, Portugal

😠 I booked this place based on the guarantee of a free cancellation. I cancelled well within the free cancellation period but the guest house charged my card 70% of the non-existent stay. They have ignored all emails and requests for a refund. Nothing short of a scam!!!
