😐 The doctors are really good, but the ladies at the reception ( not all of them, but one in particular) are not as attentive to non-causion clients.
It would be lovely if those ladies (or lady, name forgotten) treated everyone the same. We are paying from our own pockets after all.

😠 Worst experience ever as a first time mom. I would not recommend mediclinic neonatal care to anyone. The nurses are so rude, no passion for their job, I was belittled many times and was even told by one of the nurses that I must not come too often to visit my child. This is uncalled for
