👍👍 You don't really need to book. I went there on a Saturday to do a Driver's License renewal and it was packed, but the queue moved very quickly. My advice, go in the afternoon (from 2pm) as it's less busy, expect to pend 30-45 mins.

😠 I am calling and I have been waiting for some one to answer the phone for more than an hour, I finally put down and called the switchboard number and nobody answers I am still waiting for more than 20 minutes - really now very annoyed with this service

😠 First time visiting this branch and customer service is appalling to say the least. Noticed at least 4 consultants not assisting a single customer in the last one and a half hour. People have been queuing for almost 2 hours with no assistance
