😠 One of the employees who said their name is darren/Darryl really needs to work on his communication skills. He was extremely rude and needs to go for conflict resolution training. Extremely close minded and not open to suggestions. Clearly he doesn't enjoy working in a customer facing job

😠 Sportscene mall of africa gives bad service, the music is so loud like its in a tavern hence they are unable to help customers. I visited the store today waited for my lay bye for a good 30 minutes. The tiller couldn't help me but made it seem like i owe him to serve me .
