👍👍 Empecé a practicar pilates por primera vez estando embarazada de 3 meses en Synergie Pilates Studio y muy bien, me ha ayudado a mantenerme en forma durante todo el embarazo. Clases personalizadas (máximo 4 personas) y que se adaptan a cada una, lo cual se agradece. Muy recomendable!

👍 Pilates (On line) - clases variadas, la profesora cuida mucho las posturas y da opciones cuando no puedes hacer algún ejercicio. Profesional!
