😠 Always customers with frequent purchases, of course the design is indisputable but I have to pay not a little to change a leather of 1 bracelet (which does not get wet) in less than 6 months I find it regrettable. This way, customers do not gain loyalty, they are lost.

😠 45 MINUTES I had to wait for the assistant to help me. That's how long it took her to wrap three scarves and make a client loyalty card. Embarrassing that, while trying to be polite, she ends up being inefficient and SLOW!!!!!!
