😠 The place is in such poor condition and NOTHING looks as it is in pictures! When questioned, the staff was rude and very impolite it really ruins the experience. Also recently got to know that they don't allow Sri Lankan passport holders which is illegal in Sri Lanka. So only book if you are looking...

😠 The worst experience I've ever had as a guest! The rooms and the toilets are not up to standards! They haven't even changed the bed sheets for new guests.. and there is a huge rodent problem! Never go there if you value your life id say.

😠 Had to stay in this hotel as a last minute plan, made a wrong decision to stay here, place is dirty, bed sheets , towels are dirty and bathroom is small and stinky. Paid 5000 lkr per night for this, tap water stopped coming in the morning, while I was taking a bath. Very bad experience.
