👍 It is the mains dialogue office in Jaffna. The customer service is pretty good & they try to sort things out very quickly. The staffs are well experienced & friendly. Sometimes parking is a bit tricky even though they have a parking lot Infront of the building. Most annoying part is, it'll be always...

😠 They even not worth for a star. Poor service, the staffs are on their own world, specially the girls and the manager (Aswer) is not keeping his word, giving fake promises. Disappointed. Not recommended
