😠 We were 30 people, we booked 4 nights and spent 4 nights at Wirdana, between January 8 and 12.
The place is gorgeous and architecture of the villas is really cool. However the service is terrible.
Here are some of the negative things we encountered:

Pros: Room Nr. 1 was top with high end infrastructure (perfect shower). Food, yoga and atmosphere were great too. Lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. Fun fact: there are enough plug sockets – I have never had a room with so many plus sockets 😊
