Mr Selvam is a very nice and easy going person. the place is very clean and have a pool on the roof top. it's very easily accessible and have 24 hours security. you can come and go anytime you want. everyone here was very helpful and friendly. worth another visit...

👍👍 We stayed at the apartment for one month, in April to May ,when we had to come on a family emergency. Itwas a comfortable and affordable place in a peaceful area ,very centrally located. Apartment has all basic amenities and utilities comes with the rental. Must mentioned the caretaker Mr.Kadeer......
