😠 Customer service were too bad. Charged higher prices for foods. They put dustbins on dinning tables when they cleaning the floor. Finally they took too much of time to return the balance of the bill.

👍 It is a good place to stay. The place is beautiful and they have got a great swimming pool and a gym. There are quite good rooms with a/c an non a/c. They serve tasty food and drinks too.

👍 A good place with good service. This place has nice views and the location of the place makes it a better place to enjoy a calm holiday. But some areas such as bathrooms and room facilities are not upto proper standard. Moderate changes needs to be made to make this place better.

👍👍 A popular Tea factory situated near Panwila in the Raxawa Estate. You can obatain permission to visit the factory by contacting the Officials with prior notice. It is also a landmark if your planning to hike the Hunnasgiriya Mountain or Treck to Hatale mini world's End.

👍👍 Tasty foods and mayonnaise there own. Specially crispy chicken pieces. Very reasonable prices and best service.

😠 The rooms were dirty, full of ants. The kitchen is a hatchery of all things bad. The staff stole some of our clothes and the owner refused to address this until we left Sri Lanka. He even provided us with a wrong number we could not contact him.

😠 The host, Lucien, was horrible, trying to grab every dime out of every possible situation without mentioning it previously. He charged us 350rupees for just one 200ml coffee without mentioning that it cost beforehand which i think is terrible behaviour consifering that i drank around 3 coffees a day...

👍👍 one of the most friendly and welcoming host I have ever met while traveling! would recommend this place for a friend and a family member. swimming pool is awesome, breakfast is really good. wish this place luck and looking forward to stay there soon
