😠 Had a very poor experience where we bought a 12kg LG washing machine (this is a big investment for us). At the store, we were told this machine INCLUDES a rat guard. But afterwards, a rat had eaten through the wires and when we complained, we were told that these machines don’t include the rat guard...

🫤 Previously, the Dress Masters shop in Welisara provided adequate customer service. However, it is really disappointing to inform that Welisara Showroom's customer service is now is now below a usual. They are no longer helpful and have lost interest in their customers; the Cashier's is impolite.
