😠 Just awful service!
Ordered an item at the end of Nov that had a stated 2-3 week lead time.
Phones them 2 weeks ago and was promised a cancellation and refund. That did not occur.
Emailed them a week ago asking for a refund. Nothing.
Got an email this morning if I wanted to cancel the order.
