😠 Stopped responding to Email after 9 weeks even though I paid for 12. Unprofessional and unable to handle criticism when the customer is not satisfied and wants changes to their service.

😠 The reception premises are extremely dirty and soiled. The staff's work ethic is correspondingly substandard.
