👍👍 Här börjar samtliga motionsspår till fina Ursvikskogen (2,5km-15km). Finns parkering, stor gräsmatta, grillplatser och disc-golf. Utegymmet täcker in dom flesta muskelgrupper, men är inte jättestort.

👍👍 One of my favorite gyms in Stockholm. Lots of fun equipment like sandbags, a climbing wall, several racks with good barbells and quality weights. For those preferring machines there is a good amount of those as well.

😐 It is a little bit annoying that the people who works there sometimes gives a fake smile when they greet you. The pec deck machine is limited, I can't customize angle, they have screwed it to a static position. All of the dumbells are in a big mess. But atleast I can do my workout.

😠 New and fresh, but insanely too small gym. I was very disappointed when I trained there for the first time. Large areas have been provided for those who play basketball and perform group training. But we who lift weights etc must be crowded on narrow labyrinthine surfaces.
