* Limited Sunday menu, 3 dishes: entrecote, salmon and sugarloaf cabbage.
* Only one waitress and chef. They where noticeably stressed. Didn't write the order down, forgot it and came back. Chef only made one dish out of two.
* Entrecote was tough to chew, unusual high level fat....
