👍 This lounge has an open kitchen that prepares excellent dishes, and can make you a custom omelette. There is a quiet area for you to sleep and rest too. Although it's not our favorite Swiss lounge, it is the best if you have long layovers.

👍👍 Impeccable experience, every thing about it was top notch. From the lounge employees, the cleanliness to the service. An excellent bar and the food at the restaurant was the highest quality possible. I took the Swiss tasting menu and can only say - WOW. The views from the lounge are also amazing.

😠 Very bad hotline, after booking online you practically have no one to help you in case things go wrong or you have any issue. The hotel didn’t want to accept our voucher and after more than ~30 call attempts with the hotline nobody was willing to support. Horrible experience.

😐 Staff at the office were efficient and friendly. The reason that I had to go physically at the office was because noone was answering the customer support phone line. I called 3 times and was held at the line for 30+ minutes with no answer. Covid situation is not a justification for this anymore!...
