😠 I was recently in the shop because of the new TV box that Sunrise forced on us. The customer advisor assured us that we can continue to use our old devices and that we can return the new TV boxes. Today Sunrise switched off our devices!! I find it disappointing that customers are simply brushed off...

Je suis impressionné par l'aménagement intérieur de ce magasin, qui est très moderne et équipé d'écrans lumineux partout. La décoration est vraiment soignée et l'ambiance est très agréabl...

🫤 Ich bin mit dem neuen Konzept des neuen Shops nicht zufrieden. Man muss die Telefonnummer und Foto für eine Bedienung durch eine Mitarbeiter/in angeben. Was passiert mit den Angaben? Das mit dem Nümmerli ziehen für die Bedienung im Shop war mir angenehmer.

😠 Schlechter Kundenservice, Internet entspricht nicht dem, was versprochen wird. Andauernde Verbindungsunterbrüche, ausserhalb des Hauses umgeben von nichts, erreiche ich nicht mal volles Netz. Sehr schlecht, ich hoffe ich kann es fristlos kündigen.
