😠 The most inconsiderate people work there! No empathy to one's personal situation, making moving to Zurich absolute hell. Absolutely not helpful and no hint of humanity. Be prepared before going there!

😠 It's nice if you have a telephone system that tells you the position of the queue, if you're in the first place but nobody picks up the phone, it's of little use. You have to be an officer!
