👍👍 Had prenatal yoga and Birth Preparation classes and I really enjoyed it. Also think it was very useful to keep my body in shape and mentally prepared for birth. The postnatal yoga was also great and extremely important to recover. Highly recommend teachers Tania Sturzenegger and Gisella Collazo.

😠 You should only go to this praxis, if you have no health issues. Then you can enjoy light conversations and a laugh. Not competent. Not attentive. Unprofessional.
