Pain de mie très original marbré à l’encre de sèche qui a fait sensation auprès de mes invités.
Le pain tiens très longtemps son moelleux.
J’ai goûté un de leur croissants au jambon qui pour moi est un des meilleurs de Lausanne.
Les vendeuses sont très sympathiques et bon conseil.
