😠 They’re not professional at all .. I walked more than 30 Minutes.. when I arrived I was shocked that no one spoke English .. And weirded enough, they didn't seem interested to providing me the service ..

😐 Very nice cafe overall with amazing pastries. The cafe space inside is a bit outdated, I understand they'd like to keep the old feel but they could at least change the seating area with less tables and more modern so there is also more space (like Boillat for example).

😠 Bad customer service, we came in wanting to get a sandwich to take away and they started serving several other customers that came in after us and then didn’t apologize for making us wait 10 mins before someone even came to us.

🫤 Paying 8.80.- for a chai latte that is just hot water with a tea bag and a bit of milk is a little outrageous. For this price I'd expect something else that a watered down version of a something I could make at home. Coffee overpriced too. Service OK. Very noisy.

👍👍 Even though I visit Le Fix during very busy morning hours, people are always smiling and provide excellent service, accompanied by good food & coffee. Everything I need.

😠 Is it because they are so close to France that they are so rude? When you ask if there is anything that might be without gluten and the guy rolls his eyes it is not the best customer experience. Jamais plus, je ne vais pas me faire traiter aussi mal et avec autant de dédain.

👍👍 Wow brunch spot in Geneva! Finally a place worthy of Geneva. The poached eggs were really good, English breakfast was good too. French toast could still be improved to be juicier. We also bought bread to take home and that was super nice as well! Will be back 🙌
