👍👍 Had prenatal yoga and Birth Preparation classes and I really enjoyed it. Also think it was very useful to keep my body in shape and mentally prepared for birth. The postnatal yoga was also great and extremely important to recover. Highly recommend teachers Tania Sturzenegger and Gisella Collazo.

😠 I was there in October 2016 for an unbearable pain in my throat, jaw and head which had lasted for 2 weeks. After examination and blood test, Dr. Yang Tomm prescribed eibuprofen and told me I should visit my dentist (which I did and paid an extra 150 CHF for that unnecessary visit) and wait 2 weeks...
