😠 Very long waiting time for something that takes 5 minutes (requiring new sim card) When I asked why it takes so long I got a rude response. Customer service absolutely terrible.

🫤 Ich bin mit dem neuen Konzept des neuen Shops nicht zufrieden. Man muss die Telefonnummer und Foto für eine Bedienung durch eine Mitarbeiter/in angeben. Was passiert mit den Angaben? Das mit dem Nümmerli ziehen für die Bedienung im Shop war mir angenehmer.

😠 Terrible actually wouldn’t advise anyone to have a Swisscom contract. Absolutely inefficient and incompetent. If had choice would never choose them or walk into their shop.

😠 Terrible customer service. All they do is walk around and try and sell you the most expensive device. But when it comes to asking questions about devices they know nothing about it apart from the price. Avoid!
