😠 The MPAs on the phone are totally intimidating and belligerent. If you need a timely appointment, you're made to feel stupid for coming in early and I'm referred to Permanence EVERY TIME, so why do I have a family doctor!? I am an MPA myself and have never seen a practice as incompetent as this one....

They wouldn't believe me what I had, until I made them take a blood test to prove it and then they finally agreed that I have a bacterial infection and were willing to prescribe me the needed medicine.
