😠 The worst medical experience in my life. Our small baby had severe inflammation and we waited for 7 hours to get treated in the emergency room! Then the incompetent staff sent us home as it's "nothing serious". However, week later it was so severe that we had to do urgent surgery! No empathy at all...

😠 It took five and a half hours to fix the displacement of my daughter's elbow joint in the emergency department of this reputable university hospital. And they didn't do not do 100% of work in one go, I have to visit this place again. Internationally recognized triage system, that's the process.
