👍 The view from the location to Uetliberg and surroundings of Zurich is spectacular. The only pitfall I see is that the place is not easy to reach by public transport. Nevertheless is a nice walk from Binz train station.

😠 It's sad how you get exploited and can't do anything about it. But looking at their working distribution where employees just sit around while people are queuing at the reception desk. It isn't too surprising. And to top it off, sending the passport home costs you 100 Swiss franc... 7.- postal fee...
