👍👍 今天來上體驗課，接待我的是Ray叡賢教練。從一開始的針對個人想改善以及在乎的問題做討論，之後也針對我的目前身體狀況評估，發現自己肌耐力很弱，教練馬上再幫我做一些動作檢測讓自己更了解肌耐力問題，以及自主放鬆後的確在感受上有改變，也會很耐心的在旁邊鼓勵以及調整正確的運動姿勢，結束後也很耐心的說明未來的課程...
